As the in-house designer at Washington Toxics Coalition I had planned on redesigning the organization's website. But when it turned out there wasn't enough money in the budget to hire a consultant I found myself taking on the role of web developer as well. The site you see above is the site I redesigned and developed on my own over a period of about six months. The navigation on the center of the page rotes automatically and also responds to mouseovers. That part was done in Flash. The rest of the site was developed in Plone and skinned using CSS. See it live at http://watoxics.org. |
